Indians - Rich to the core

In a country where about 70% of its population are below the poverty line, who are not in a position to earn a one-time meal for themselves, the cash-rich minorities are on a spending spree. About 65% of the population still earns less than Rs.30 a day. India has spent Rs. 1,000 crore in the last year on extra services like music, wallpapers, cricket scores, games on their mobile phones.
